Shipping & return policy

Shipping policy:

 

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

As of now the shipping is handled by our vendors. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

We are working hard to integrate with our shipping partner to provide a better and seamless shipping experience.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside Pakistan. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Kartily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Kartily is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return Policy:

 

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within [7] days of receipt.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items will be mentioned on the product page.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact the vendor through the vendor contact form, with your order number and reason for return. Every product page will mention a clickable vendor name link. Vendor contact form will be available here.

Vendor will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact the vendor through the vendor contact form.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
